Delivery Information

1. Delivery days will be on Weekdays before 6PM.

2. Orders made before 5pm are eligible for delivery the next day. Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed.

3. Orders made after 5pm are eligible for delivery the day after. Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed. 

4. Please ensure that there is someone able to accept delivery at your home before placing your order. 

5. Re-delivery costs of $8 (Cash on Delivery) will apply on failure to accept First delivery. 

Orders which fail to be accepted on re-delivery will be cancelled without refund due to perishable nature of goods. 

6. The Customer may opt to leave goods at door and are only allowed to do so if communicated in writing (Email, Text or WhatsApp).

The Customer is understood to have accepted the goods and accepts full responsibility of the order from the moment of delivery at door. YSH Farm Pte. Ltd. is indemnified against any loss incurred after acceptance of goods.  

5. Products will be delivered with reduced Packaging as part of our efforts to go green. 

6. E-invoices will be sent to your email address as part of our efforts to go green.

7. Free Delivery for orders above SGD 100. Delivery Fee of SGD8 applies otherwise.

9. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the day before your delivery.

CNY Delivery

1. You will receive a shipping confirmation email should your specified delivery date be available. Should it be unavailable, you will be contacted separately by our staff. 

2. No timing selection is allowed for CNY collection deliveries.
