    Duck Gizzard Skewers: Marinate duck gizzard pieces in a blend of herbs, garlic, and lemon zest. Skewer and grill until tender and slightly charred.

  • Storing Duck Gizzard

    Gizzards can be stored and refrigerated for up to two days. For extended storage, it’s best to freeze them. Frozen gizzards can be kept for around four months. Make sure to fully defrost and cook before serving.
