  • Recipes for Duck Liver

    Stir-Fried Duck Liver with Black Pepper Sauce: Quickly stir fry duck liver strips with onions, bell peppers, and a flavourful black pepper sauce. 


    Seared Duck Liver with Caramelised Onions: Quickly sear duck liver slices in a hot skillet until golden on both sides. Serve atop a bed of caramelised onions cooked in butter for a sweet and savoury pairing. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh herbs. 

    Duck Liver Pate: Saute duck liver with shallots, garlic, and thyme until cooked through. Blend the cooked mixture with butter and cream until smooth. Season to taste and refrigerate until set. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
