Refund Policy

1. Due to the perishable nature of goods, there will be no refunds or exchanges after acceptance of goods.

2. You will have accepted the goods once you have signed the Delivery invoice presented by our staff. 

3. If the Customer is not present at time of delivery and have provided instructions to leave goods at the door in writing (including Email, Text or WhatsApp), the Customer is understood to have accepted the goods and accepts full responsibility of the order from the moment of delivery to door. YSH Farm Pte. Ltd. is indemnified against any loss incurred after acceptance of goods. 

4. If the Customer is not present at time of delivery and have opted for re-delivery for additional fee of $8 (Cash on Delivery), and is not present at time of re-delivery, YSH Farm Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
